It keeps the outer being very tranquil Om: I implore the Supreme Lord Namo: I obey Him Bhagavate: Make me divine This I found has the power to calm everything.' Chanted by Arun Amin in a background of natural sounds --- soothing sounds of nature include birds in a forest, water flowing down a stream, the ocean waves, desert winds, thunder and rain.
