Born in San Bernadino California, rapper D Haze has made Denver, Colorado his home while becoming a major force in the Colorado Hip Hop scene. From clowning around on the school bus rapping, to getting into fights after school, D Haze knew from an early age he was destined to rap. When asked to name his 10 biggest influences in order, D Haze replied with this list... 1.) 2Pac 2.) Bone Thugs N Harmony 3.) Twista 4.)Notorious B.I.G. 5.) Jay-Z 6.) Eminem 7.) Ludacris 8.) Nas 9.) Do Or Die 10.) Outkast When he got a knee injury in basketball and kicked out of his parents house around the age of 16... D Haze decided to focus on his lyrical craft. Eventually he got picked up by 2Cent Entertainment and began recording 'The Panty Raiders' mixture featuring some of the hottest acts in Colorado Hip Hop. Soul-O, T-Mac, LB, WeeNut, Big Zack, P Smitty and Mike Beatz all threw down some vicious rhymes with D Haze. D Haze then recorded his first solo record 'Tru 2 Myself' at Cherry Sound Studios in Downtown Denver. After playing a lot of shows and selling his new album everywhere he was able to gain increasing popularity in the Colorado Hip Hop scene. Through more trials and tribulations, D Haze continued to hone his craft and started writing prolifically. He picked himself up out of the ghetto through hustling and working hard at his music. Around this time in D Haze's life he met up with MidWest Jess at Colorado Sound and went underground meticulously crafting 'Mile High City'. Day and night the team worked hard to create a truly great album that skyrocketed D Haze into the forefront of the Colorado Hip Hop scene. D Haze is already hard at work on his next album, set for release in 2014.
