Time Alone is the first in a series of five albums written, recorded and produced by David Templeton. The album was recorded live on stage at the 3000 seat Paramount Theater. This was one of the first, all digital recordings produced in Seattle, recorded by master sound engineer Scot Charles. The album contains nine original compositions, eight of which are solo piano, performed on the world's finest 9 and a half foot, 97 key concert grand piano, the Bosendorfer Imperial. The ninth composition (Time Alone Orchestrated) is a full concerto complete with cello, violin and viola. Although his compositions are more classically constructed, David's music has been compared to the likes of Jim Brickman, George Winston and Yanni. "David Templeton's music is fantastic. I love his music and sense of melody ...lots of feeling." -KENNY G "One of the most amazing talents to ever hit the keyboards... He is thoroughly enjoyable." -NEW YORKER "I don't recall ever being so impressed by one artist's talents. His music is more than simply music, it is the expression of heart-felt emotions." -DELILAH (nationally syndicated radio host, Premier Radio Networks) In Seattle, (Mr. Templeton's home) David has performed solo concerts at the Historic Paramount Theater, Benaroya Hall, Jazz Alley and the Chateau Saint Michelle Winery.
