Dear Machine, is a four-piece rock band from the Twin Cities of Minnesota. None of the members are actually from there--they all found each other in college and began making music through informal jam sessions consisting of rockandroll, candles, and cheap wine. Eli Amerson (Port Townsend, Washington) plays the piano, Nord Lead II Synthesizer, and the alto saxophone. Riley Geare (Santa Barbara, California) goes to town on his drum kit. Dylan Oakley (Farmington, Maine), known as Nails, holds it down on the bass while delivering sweet harmonies and Jason Shannon (Paris, Texas) delivers each word to you with whispers and shouts while playing the electric and acoustic guitar. Dear Machine,'s debut album is a collection of thirteen songs written over the course of two years. The band maintains an intense live show and constantly evolving live set. Look for them in a town near you.......
