Farrell Wills is best known as the "T-girl" guitarist for the San Francisco-based Ethel Merman Experience, a hard rock cover band that features Mark Sargent as the former Broadway diva singing Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, and Van Halen. The band made their debut in the movie '24 hours on Craigslist,' and have since headlined numerous festivals in SF, Reno, and San Diego. This is Farrell's first solo album, and he focuses on the type of Hard rock that he understands best-the crunch-and-riff sagas that came of age in the mid-70s. From the courage of a transgirl out for a night on the town in "Bombjam," to the difficulty of the spiritual journey in "Forgotten Song," he writes of the heroic, which has always been an important part of Rock. Guest vocalist Theo Cedar of Swaybone makes an appearance on the title song, and Theo brings power and vision to the mix. Farrell also does guitar and vocals in Certain Charm, with drummer Rael Razor and bassist/slide guitarist Frank Zincavage (ex-Romeo Void).
