Gary is a songwriter who lives in the rolling hills of Missouri. His eclectic compositions cover rock, blues, folk and alternative. His edgy guitar work has been heard throughout the Midwest and he is rapidly gaining popularity in the digital music world. Growing up listening to his father play acoustic guitar on his lap with a metal slide, the crawdad song was one of his favorites. He learned early the simple lines of a blues song, and as his style progressed, influences came from some of the great blues masters such as Robert Johnson, Duane Allman, and Eric Clapton. Folk influences came from groups like Brewer & Shipley, and CSN&Y.
