Resonating with an aggressive, passionate, and heavy sound, Nomonic is one of the up and coming bands in the Midwest hard rock scene. Nomonic came together in the summer of 2004 from two highly regarded local acts; Dysrhythmia and Section 8. They headed into the studio to work with producers Chris Djuricic (Soil) and Trevor Sadler (Nine Inch Nails). Their debut album 'Redonkulous' has become a fixture on local and college radio stations throughout the Midwest. Having gained exposure by winning numerous battle of the bands, Nomonic has received the most recognition by opening for national recording artists Blindside, Less Than Jake, Dark New Day, Flickerstick, Memento and One Less Reason. They have also headlined at popular rock venues such as Hard Rock Cafe (Memphis, TN), The Annex (Madison,WI) and The Rave (Milwaukee, WI). In the summer of 2006 Nomonic took the trip to Orlando, FL to record their latest release 'Chasing Firetrucks'. Working with Justin Thomas and Brett Hestla (Dark New Day), Nomonic has created a disk they hope will take root and breathe new life into the hard rock genera. Nomonic's chemistry and charisma has them poised for great things in the future. This is one act you won't want to miss.
