My name is Sarah Kramer-Harrison. Born and raised in the Hudson Valley of New York State. I am an alumnus of Berklee College of Music, with a major in Sound Engineering, Music Production and Voice. I would classify myself and my music as a bluesy singer-songwriter. Johanna Hall has been my mentor in songwriting. My influences include Bessy Smith, Etta James, Bonnie Raitt, Jonell Mosser, Dar Williams, Keb'mo, Van Morrison, Bar Scott, Amy Fradon, Joni Mitchell, Indigo Girls, Mindy Smith, the Band, Duke Ellington, Tracy Nelson, Steely Dan, Traffic, Sara Groves, Gospel, Blue Grass, Classical, Jazz, and Musical Theatre. I have shared the stage with Warren Bernhardt, Rick Danko, John Sebastian, Levon Helm, Happy and Arty Traum, James Earl Jones, Willie Nile, Alexis P.
