THE SEARCHERS are one of British rock and pop’s foremost groups that inspired and influenced many prominent bands of the time and today. Forging a career spanning six decades. In 1964 and 1965 they scored 7 consecutive Top 40 hits in the US, making The Searchers one of the hottest groups of the era. Inevitably, all good things must come to an end and in 2018 THE SEARCHERS announced that they would officially retire in March 2019. After almost sixty years of making music and inspiring bands the world over. To mark the occasion the band will embark on a UK final farewell tour and will be releasing their final greatest hits album to thank their fans for all of the support over the years.
