2009 UK compilation of digitally remastered recordings by the American singer, songwriter, musician and actor. Kristofferson first climbed to fame as a songwriter, penning such hits as 'Help Me Make It Through the Night', 'For the Good Times', 'Sunday Morning Comin' Down' and 'Me And Bobby McGee'. in the '70s, he made the transition to successful performer with a series of critically acclaimed solo albums. Once he had crossed over to 'sex symbol', Kristofferson's acting career took off and for the last three decades, he has successfully balanced his music and thespian careers with political activism while still maintaining his down-to-earth personality. This collection contains the best of his solo recordings including his interpretations of the aforementioned songs plus 'Lover Her Was Easier', 'Why Me' and many more. 23 tracks. Camden.
